The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) administers the IBPS PO Exam annually to select qualified candidates for Probationary Officer positions in various public sector banks throughout India. Using a standardized recruiting process, IBPS manages hiring for the roles of Management Trainee (MT) and Probationary Officer (PO) in a number of Indian public sector banks. The details regarding the IBPS PO MT Recruitment are as follows:
To be eligible for permanent residency in India, applicants must be citizens of India or be subjects of Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before to January 1, 1962.
Candidates must be between the ages of twenty and thirty. Per government restrictions, candidates who are members of restricted categories are eligible for age relaxations.
Educational Requirement: Applicants must be graduates of an approved university or other institution with a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
Selection Process:
The IBPS PO MT recruitment typically involves three steps in its selection process
First Assessment: There are three sections to the online first assessment: reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and English language. The only people who can take the main exam are those who pass the preliminary exam.
mains Exam: The major exam consists of multiple components, including data analysis and interpretation, descriptive English, general/economic/banking awareness, reasoning and computer aptitude, and English language. It is administered online. Candidates are only chosen for the interview stage if they pass the main exam.
Interview: During the interview, the candidate’s personality, communication skills, and general knowledge are assessed. In cooperation with IBPS, participating banks conduct the interview.
IBPS PO Exam Centre
When completing the online application, candidates can indicate their preferences. The IBPS PO 2024 exam is administered virtually at multiple locations across India. But, IBPS has the right to assign a test center different from the one an applicant selects if seats at their first choice are unavailable. Exam centers may only be added or removed by IBPS; candidates are not permitted to seek changes to existing exam centers. Any unsuitable conduct at the testing location may result in the candidacy being canceled.
